The role of the ICP Senior Project Manager is to manage and develop a team capable of executing the assigned project workload while managing customer expectations and positively impacting the customer’s purchasing experience. They are expected to guide and support their own team through the project management process, as well as assist with any technical or escalating issues during the execution of the project.
Support the Project Management team in coordination of the installations of commercial kitchens. On-site and off-site support is included. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that the project is completed as planned and meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations. Attend job site meetings as required.
Manage airfoil casting tooling through entire life cycle from quote to retirement to support delivery schedules. Project manage tooling to ensure tooling is built and qualified to support our delivery schedules. Interface and lead engagements with other adjacent functions to provide ensure tooling qualification per defined milestones. Requires high “say do ratio”.
