The Project Services Manager leads and oversees energy management projects. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring energy initiatives. Acts as a key client liaison, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and oversee energy projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Serve as the main point of contact for energy efficiency clients, offering guidance and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site assessments, including energy audits and retro-commissioning evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate and lead on-site audits to evaluate conformance with Dow contractual requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project Teams with representation and involvement from various Businesses and Functions.
• Drive the metric development and reporting process to monitor performance and establish continuous improvement objectives.

In this role, you will contribute to strengthening engineering performance by driving continuous improvement, managing risks, and supporting operational excellence across key processes. You will collaborate with multiple technical and project teams to optimize methods, improve quality, and ensure consistent performance practices. The position also requires coordinating cross-functional initiatives, developing visual management tools, and supporting subcontracting management standards.

The Project Management Support Supervisor is responsible for providing analytical support of line operations throughout all of Niagara’s production facilities. This is achieved while working with a team of technicians and vendors to identify and act upon opportunities to improve current systems within the organization. This role also involves project management responsibilities.
